with a copyright mark which indicates this piece was manufactured after

1950's Crystal AB Waterfall Brooch; cute little brooch with claw-set
crystal, always a sign of good quality. Rhodium plated in lovely vintage
condition (looks unworn), all the crystal is original and sparkling.

Crystal Aurora Borealis Bow Brooch - approx. 1950's in date, this
is a charming brooch which would make a lovely gift. Measures approx.
2 x 1½ inches / 5 x 3.5 cm. Delicate goldtone setting, all the
crystal appears to be original to the piece - the pin and clasp are in
excellent working order - just a little darkening (oxidisation) of the
bar of the pin, in line with the age of the piece and a previous owner
having slid it through fabric to wear the piece; not at all detrimental

| Diamante Leopard
Brooch; approx. mid-1980's - this probably dates to around the period
when the Duchess of Windsor (Wallace Simpson) died and her collection
of jewellery was auctioned off - her jewellery featured a lot of leopards
and lizards and suchlike, so there was a trend for these lovely creatures
around this time. In beautiful A1 (unworn?) condition; a silvertone crystal-encrusted
leopard with goldtone accents, a lovely heavyweight piece which is obviously
high quality. Measures approx. just under 3¼ x just over 1¼
inches (approx. 8.5 x 3 cm). £22.50 |

| Crystal Set Silver Filigree
Butterfly Brooch; approx. 1960's in date, this is a lovely piece -
often these are Italian-made and are European continental silver (800
silver) - there are never any hallmarks on these pieces in line with the
continental standard. Most unusual to see this type of brooch set with
crystal, the brooch measures approx. inches/cm. Perfect vintage condition,
the pin is in A1 working order. Measures approx. 2¾ x 1¾

Signed 'Ballou' Three Tiny Crystal Set Brass Lapel Pin Bird Brooches
- B. A. Ballou & Co. Inc. of Rhode Island, USA began trading in 1868 and
continues to the present, though current focus is on jewellery findings.
I estimate these three beautiful little bird brooches to be approx. 1950-60's
and they are in fabulous vintage condition, all original crystal is present
and the brass and gold-plating has patinated down over the years. Each
bird measures approx. 1x¾ inches/ 2.5 x 2 cm. £22.50 |
